Blog posting is just not my thing! So I'm combining my LA workshops with one post. Oh what fun! Three workshops, all different, all brought out so much fun and creativity. I had the greatest hosts, attendees and everyone whipped up some beautiful designs.
11/15: West Elm Santa Monica
One of my favorite stores hosted my Holiday Wreath Workshop.
Guests munched on Farm Shop's delicious spread full of cheese, bread, desserts, fruit and veggies.
Attendees find the right ingredients for their 2 part project. The 1st wreath was formed on a single wire wreath frame and the 2nd was formed on a grapevine wreath base.
Let it begin!
Of course it's not a wreath party, without a beautiful mess!
11/22: Clark & Madison
Dina at Clark & Madison is the best! She opened up her pop-up in Westwood to us, brought in a delicious brunch for everyone and we all had a great afternoon! The focus was on natural wreath frames and a hanging swag.
Ingredients for this workshop consisted of lots of greens, mossy branches and some holiday touches.
Sourcing the right materials for designs is always so fun!
Some finished work to be proud of.
12/06: Summer Camp Ojai
Taking a little drive out of the city to one of my favorite small towns is never a problem. This workshop held by camp fire under an old gas station (AKA Summer Camp) was by far the most unique venue. A holiday wreath workshop, but this time using succulents, airplants and moss as the focus. Very fitting for the the Summer Camp store.
Is that an airstream and a camp fire in the background? YES!
Otis & Pearl supplied vintage vessels of all sorts to keep the plants nice and cozy and very pretty!
These ingredients are by far my favorites! Love flowers, but these make my heart melt.
Busy at work!
Delicious quiche, tarts and greens from Knead Baking Company to keep the energy going.
L.A. you always come through. It was great to see such amazing designs, meet some incredible people and come together to have fun! Thank you to all the hosts and sponsors that helped make the workshops extra special.
